Breast Augmentation Patient Details

This 33 yo wanted a breast augmentation.  Her anatomy preseted some limitations.  We needed a broad implant to compensate for her low and broad breasts.  She chose her size and incision.  We performed an axillary subpectoral endoscopic placement of Allergan gel implants 10-550.
